Arts at the Center of Learning

Grant Application Assistance

There are four helpful ways to get support for your application.

In-Person Workshops: Three in-person workshops will be scheduled throughout the state and held during the fall and winter of 2018. Dates and locations will be updated here.

Questions about the-program and workshops can be directed to Michelle Baxter-Schaffer at 609-984-7019 or via email at michelle.baxter-schaffer@sos.nj.gov.

Call or email us: We are happy to speak to you by phone or email to provide guidance on the application process. Schools with an existing relationship with one of our partner organizations can work with their regional partner staff to prepare an application. Schools can also contact Michelle Baxter-Schaffer, Artists in Education Administrator at 609-984-7019 or by email to michelle.baxter-schaffer@sos.nj.gov for assistance.

Teaching Artists: Schools already working with a Teaching Artist can seek input and assistance from those artists by including them on their steering committee. AIE works with Teaching Artists who are currently on the roster for AIE partner organizations: Young Audiences New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania and Appel Farm Arts & Music Center. If you have questions about working with a specific teaching artist, we encourage you to contact the Artists in Education Administrator at 609-984-7019.
